Meagan brings more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a career spanning financial leadership, controllership, corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), global finance operations, shared services, and finance transformation.
Her professional background includes finance and accounting roles with Verizon, AOL, and Deltek. Throughout her corporate career, she has led global teams, managed complex financial operations, and contributed to major initiatives involving financial systems implementations, process improvement, and the integration of acquired businesses.
Alongside her full-time corporate career, Meagan has also independently supported businesses across a wide range of industries, providing comprehensive accounting and financial management services, implementing accounting and point-of-sale systems, and managing day-to-day financial operations. This work has given her firsthand experience with the financial needs and challenges of small and growing businesses.
Meagan founded Elan Financial Group to expand this longstanding independent work into a dedicated firm, bringing together experienced finance and accounting professionals to provide businesses with hands-on accounting support, financial guidance, and specialized expertise.
